Returns
At Veraj, our goal is simple. We want you to feel as confident in your order as we do in our products. You may return merchandise purchased online within 30 days of receipt of your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered, or worn with tags in place. Items like Cap, Socks, Towels & Bath Robes are non returnable.
If returns are shipped to us, any taxes, duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note and keep the return tracking number until your account is credited. Postage or courier fee is not covered by Veraj.
We will do everything we can to process your return quickly. Your refund will be credited to your initial form of payment in 5-7 business days, in the amount of the purchase price, after merchandise has been received.
If a payment was made using a gift card along with another form of payment, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit only.
Gift cards purchases are not eligible for returns.
